Amina Jassim has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources within the public sector, giving her deep insight into organizational structures and workforce management. She also brings four years of academic experience teaching accounting courses at the Gulf University.
She previously served as Treasurer at the Youth pioneer society, where she supported and guided entrepreneurial initiatives from a strategic financial and administrative perspective. In addition, she has four years of hands on experience managing her own accounting and financial firm.
Her professional passion lies in organizing financial and human resources and solving the operational and financial challenges faced by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). She is highly experienced in account management, VAT filings, and the preparation of annual financial reports, delivered with clarity, transparency, and precision.
Through her work, Amina aims to empower businesses to grow with confidence and sustainability, allowing business owners to focus on developing their core operations.
